Synopsis

Magistrado Galindo had secreted weapons into the town, planning their use when the Eagle issued the command for the government's fall. However, he had failed to secure a supply of gunpowder. The army maintained a substantial stockpile at the barracks, and the magistrado resolved to steal it for his own purposes.
