Synopsis

Wally West nearly realized his birthday wish—to at last stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the Justice League. Instead, a profoundly disheartened Kid Flash was removed from the mission and assigned a routine delivery. Yet, several dangerous complications lay in wait for the young hero on his appointed route.
