Synopsis

Okamoto and Kuroo have traveled to the United States. Their itinerary includes a visit to the open surgery of Professor Reisenberg, a highly regarded physician at Birmingham University Memorial Hospital. While at the hospital, Okamoto is reunited with Tiara, whom she knew from her time studying abroad. Tiara introduces her to Johnny, a childhood friend and an activist in the black liberation movement.
