Synopsis

A month prior, Yabu journeyed to Vietnam, drawn by a desire for renewal and inspired by a Black man he encountered. Contact with him was subsequently lost, and Kuroo arrived in Saigon seeking the same individual. Following a tip from reportage writer Takayanagi, who had identified a local hospital as a possible lead, Kuroo proceeded towards Dalat, where the subject's presence seemed likely. He decided to travel with a US military transport unit, accompanying Takayanagi all the way there.
