Synopsis

The revelation that he had been under surveillance by the Secret Service ignited a fierce resolve in Jim. He resolved to introduce legislation designed to curtail such intrusive practices. However, his pursuit of this goal unexpectedly led him down a far more dangerous path. He discovered he was marked for assassination by a terrorist organization, and the only viable way to identify them was to employ the very surveillance methods he had sought to restrict: tapping phone lines.
