Synopsis

Peace has returned, and Watanuki resumes his customary tasks for Yūko. Returning home from the market, he encounters the Fox, son of the oden shopkeeper. Grateful for Watanuki’s assistance, the Fox offers him a portion of fox oden. After savoring the dish, Watanuki wishes to express his thanks, requesting Yūko to grant him the ability to meet the Fox spirit once more.
