Synopsis

She spoke of Chin, a land far away, and a task she had failed to complete years before: the slaying of the Green Dragon. To explain the weight upon her, the necessity of this deed, she recounted her past there to Gabrielle, as if seeking absolution in the telling, a desperate attempt to justify the act of murder she was about to commit.
