Synopsis

The sea delivered its cruel jest: a wave of water, vast and unforgiving, crashed upon the shore. In its wake, soaked to the bone, stood Gabrielle and Autolycus, their hopes of liberation dissolving in the salty spray. Gabrielle, convinced she was granting Autolycus his freedom, had mirrored his actions, unaware of the true nature of their plight. The ocean’s power had mocked their intentions, leaving them drenched and defeated, prisoners once more within a watery grave of circumstance.
