Synopsis

John Cena’s reign as WWE Champion begins with a decisive victory, though he soon discovers the true challenge has only just begun. Across SmackDown, several prominent figures – John "Bradshaw" Layfield, Eddie Guerrero, and Rey Mysterio among them – begin to vie for an opportunity to challenge for the championship. In addition, Big Show faces off against Luther Reigns, and a series of other compelling contests unfold.
