Synopsis

Following Triple H's interference that cost Stone Cold Steve Austin his shot at the WWE Championship on Monday Night Raw, Mr. McMahon decreed a temporary truce between the two men, lasting twenty-four hours. He then granted Triple H a championship opportunity against Kurt Angle. Meanwhile, Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Rock would clash in a Fatal 4-Way Match, vying for the coveted Number 30 position in the main event.
