Synopsis

Following Raw General Manager William Regal's decree that Randy Orton must defend the WWE Championship against John "Bradshaw" Layfield at Backlash, Triple H and John Cena navigate their positions in the impending contest for the title. Chris Jericho extends an invitation to Batista and Shawn Michaels to appear as guests on The Highlight Reel. And in other matches, Umaga will contend with Val Venis, among other contests.
