Synopsis

Batista is granted a night's respite from competition as eight Superstars – including Shelton Benjamin, Edge, and Chris Jericho – vie in the inaugural Gold Rush Tournament. The victor will earn the right to challenge The Animal for the coveted championship. In addition, The Hurricane and Rosey will defend their World Tag Team titles against La Resistance and other formidable opponents.
