Synopsis

In the absence of Eric Bischoff, Interim General Manager Jonathan Coachman announced that the Superstars of Raw would contend in a series of contests for a coveted opportunity: a place in the Over The Top Rope Challenge. Victory would secure the Number 30 spot in the 2004 Royal Rumble. Among those vying for the chance to compete were Randy Orton, Mick Foley, "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, and others.
