Synopsis

Ai encountered Neiru at the market, both of them there for eggs. An initial frostiness greeted Ai, a deliberate indifference from the other girl. Yet, a flicker of possibility lingered – perhaps that reserve might thaw after they shared their eggs again. Assuming, of course, they both survived the journey back.
