Synopsis

Mama Carlson engaged a professional radio consultant to assess WKRP’s performance. The consultant, Norris Breeze, was an old acquaintance of Andy’s, also operating a radio programming service. It didn't take long for Andy to discern that Breeze planned to deliver a negative assessment of the station unless they agreed to subscribe to his service.
