Synopsis

The kitchen at the Vine Street Mission was gutted by fire, and Johnny turned to Jennifer for help in raising the forty thousand dollars needed to rebuild it. Jennifer organized a party for her affluent acquaintances, appealing for contributions, and everything proceeded smoothly until the donors met those who would benefit from their generosity.
