Synopsis

Vinnie brought in Roger Lococco to handle the situation, then retreated to a rundown hotel in Seattle. Frank’s focus was less on apprehending Volchek and more on finding Vinnie. Paul insisted he continue with the case, offering him another agent's assistance, but Frank declined. Roger assumed command as sheriff. Dan relocated to Seattle to offer Frank his support and aid in the search for Vinnie.
