Synopsis

Vinnie informed Mel Profitt of his intention to return home to New Jersey, only to be presented with an offer from Mel: control of the largest cocaine distribution network in the nation. It was a prize so substantial, so undeniably tempting, that Vinnie found it difficult to believe any undercover operative could resist.
