Synopsis

Will and Grace embark on a new venture, purchasing neglected apartments with the aim of restoring them and selling them for a substantial profit. Their first project comes when Jack, a hopeful student nurse, reconnects with his former acting mentor, Zandra. Meanwhile, Karen rekindles her romance with Lyle Finster, but their happiness is tested by the arrival of an unexpected houseguest in the form of Lorraine.
