Synopsis

She felt a flicker of hope, a fragile bloom in the barren landscape of her heart. Then came the unforeseen: a minor medical necessity leaving an unsightly mark upon her lips. Though her new companion offered acceptance, she found herself unable to reciprocate, horrified by a peculiar quirk of his anatomy – six toes on one foot.
