Synopsis

Will and Grace find themselves vying for the attention of a captivating new neighbor over dinner, a contest complicated by the fact that the object of their affections is the same. Even Jack's discerning instincts fail him in this situation. Elsewhere, Karen entertains a peculiar notion – dismissing her driver – and, with a touch of irony, asks Grace to help her rehearse the act of firing an underperforming employee.
