Synopsis

A series of chilling incidents grip the city after a babysitter is murdered and a volatile patient, a former resident of Whitechapel, escapes from a psychiatric facility. With the possibility of a spree killer at large, Chandler, Miles, and their team are compelled to act swiftly to avert further tragedy. Simultaneously, Chandler’s determination to apprehend a suspect alive puts a strain on his connection with Miles.
