I’ll admit I’m coming at this from a place of preference for comic book versions of stories like this one, but I have to say I was genuinely surprised by how much I enjoyed it. Typically, I don’t get into ongoing series, so the fact that this show completely captivated me is remarkable. There's just so much to appreciate—the performances, the music, the selection of actors, the romantic elements, and the suspenseful aspects; it all works wonderfully. It has quickly become my absolute favorite show. If you’re a fan of romance that develops gradually, combined with mystery and thrills, then I think you'll really like this, and you shouldn't be let down.
