Synopsis

Commander Cork, brimming with earnestness and an almost excessive zeal, though perhaps lacking in sharp intellect, is driven by a desire to do good. Upon encountering Peggy and Petey Paddle—a brother and sister captivated by the wonders of outer space—he impulsively decides to include them on his decidedly unconventional cosmic expeditions.
