Synopsis

Through a series of unforeseen events, Minogue and O'Leary inadvertently awaken the spirit of a bygone police officer from the 1930s. Now, they must find a way to restrain him before he enforces antiquated regulations, threatening to close every pub in Wellington for lingering past six o'clock.
