Synopsis

Charlie encountered a being remarkably like himself, who introduced himself as Ralph (voiced by John DiMaggio). A friendship quickly blossomed between them, though it soon became apparent that Ralph possessed a mischievous streak, delighting in cruel pranks that caused considerable distress to the bears.
