Synopsis

Following his diagnosis of a brain tumor, Dr. Watson took medical leave to pursue necessary treatments, entrusting the management of The Holmes Clinic to Mary. His absence coincided with an unusual and pressing demand: a notorious South American dictator insisted on seeing Watson personally regarding a perplexing autoimmune condition. Simultaneously, Ingrid’s concern deepened as she observed Beck's increasingly intense preoccupation with Sasha.
