Synopsis

The familiar urgency seized Watson and his companions as news arrived: Mary’s mother had inadvertently taken a fatal dose of poison, her decline hastened by a peculiar and rapidly advancing form of dementia. Simultaneously, the long-presumed deceased Sherlock Holmes made a startling reappearance.
