Synopsis

A shadow fell upon the city after a brazen assassination attempt during a Chinatown parade ignited a feud between the Hop Wei and the Long Zii. In the aftermath, Big Bill resolved to settle a debt owed to Jack Damon, entrusting Lee with the protection of Lucy and her children. Meanwhile, Mayor Blake and Deputy Mayor Buckley found themselves with a new directive from Senator Robert Crestwood, a man whose ambitions stretched far beyond his current post.
