Synopsis

Heading to River City to retrieve three inmates, Josh finds his mission irrevocably altered by a sudden, violent tornado. The jail is leveled, and the sheriff perishes in the storm's wake. Now, Josh is tasked with hunting down those who have slipped their bonds and vanished into the chaos.
