Synopsis

For several days, a lorry had remained parked outside Ystad. When Constable Linda Wallander investigated, she discovered its horrifying cargo: the vehicle was filled with corpses. Miraculously, a single child survived. The deceased were all unidentified, possessing no identification or documentation, and the lorry itself was stolen. Thus began a complex and arduous investigation for the police, a desperate attempt to unmask those responsible for such a heinous act.
