Synopsis

The discovery of two bodies, Eastern European in origin and found adrift on a raft near Ystad, prompts Wallander’s journey to Latvia. There, he pursues the perpetrators of this grim act. He is immediately immersed in a chillingly unfamiliar landscape of police scrutiny and deceit. Soon, Wallander finds himself caught in a tangled network of corruption, where trust is a rare and elusive commodity.
