Synopsis

Joey Prado’s graduation from the academy marked a new high in achievement, the best seen since Walker's time. His initial assignment plunges him into the world of narcotics, requiring him to operate undercover as a drug dealer. In the course of this work, he unexpectedly reconnects with Vic Solano, a friend from his youth.
