Synopsis

Detective Walker finds himself constrained; his sister's presence in the Witness Protection Program prevents him from arresting Mick Flanders. As a demonstration of his seemingly boundless audacity, Mick then abducts a young boy named Archie who is temporarily residing at Walker’s ranch.
