Synopsis

A man charged with shooting into a crowd from a high parking garage, and fatally wounding an officer, maintains his innocence. Boyd’s fellow officers are raising doubts about his commitment as he appears hesitant to reopen the case. Detective Constable Mel Silver, pursuing a more thorough inquiry, uncovers unsettling aspects of her superior's conduct.
