Synopsis

As they headed toward Mustard Spread, Arkansas, the entire race ground to a halt. Penelope Pistop and her Ant Hill Mob became hopelessly lost along the way. Dick Dastardly took a tumble, sinking deep into the mud. The rest of the competitors found themselves stalled in a frustrating traffic jam.
