Synopsis

Phineas and Jeffrey lend aid to a fellow Voyager seeking to recover the stolen Mona Lisa from a thief aboard the ill-fated ocean liner Titanic. Later, in 1884 France, Jeffrey is bitten by a rabid dog, and his only hope lies in a novel vaccine developed by Louis Pasteur.
