Synopsis

With Norway's Kings and Jarls gathering in Harald’s lands for the king-elect’s selection, Olaf is confident of the outcome, though the proceedings may prove more turbulent than he anticipates. In Lagertha’s village, a nervous anticipation hangs heavy, fueled by the dread of another raid; Gunnhild’s arrival with reinforcements offers a welcome measure of relief. Meanwhile, in Kiev, Igor and Ivar are embroiled in a web of deceit, and Ivar is taken aback by a ghostly encounter from his own history.
