Synopsis

With a single night remaining, Tori and her friends strive to deliver their float to the grand parade, hoping for a fleeting moment on television. Their mission, however, grows increasingly perilous as they find themselves stranded in a dangerous section of Los Angeles while attempting to transport their creation.
