Synopsis

A wave of fear gripped Neptune as a bomb detonated during spring break. The blast sent tremors through the town, and with it, a rising tide of panic. Veronica and Keith were engaged by the affluent family of one of the bombing's victims, tasked with uncovering the identity of those responsible.
