Synopsis

Torn between paths that would irrevocably alter her life, Vera finds herself drawn into two investigations. The discovery of a body on the banks of the River Tyne – that of a recently released convict – compels her to question whether justice has truly been served, or if a deeper truth lies hidden beneath the surface.
