Synopsis

In 1985, an Los Angeles County Sheriff was shot and killed while in his car. Detectives meticulously examined the slain officer’s potential adversaries, but their efforts yielded nothing. Then, in 1999, a task force comprised of representatives from several agencies reopened the case, revealing a suspect whose identity seemed impossible to credit.
