Synopsis

Whispers persist of spectral inhabitants dwelling above the cliffs of Moss Beach, California. Unsettling events have been reported at a local museum dedicated to the California Civil War. And a continued effort is underway to find anyone who might offer insight into the vanishing of a young mother.
