Synopsis

In Martinsburg, West Virginia, the passing of an investigative journalist, known for his scrutiny of governmental corruption and alleged conspiracies, cast a shadow. Simultaneously, a search continued in Ontario, Canada, for the perpetrator of a series of murders targeting individuals at highway rest stops. And elsewhere, a man who had spent a decade incarcerated for crimes he did not commit was granted release from prison.
