Synopsis

Federal agents from the IRS and FBI joined forces to dismantle a sophisticated medical investment fraud orchestrated by a network of deceitful individuals. In 1983, the bodies of two Swedish women vacationers were discovered by deer hunters in the Santa Barbara area, a grim finding that shocked the community.
