Synopsis

On July 13, 1997, Kristine Sue Westin and her boyfriend, Kevin Dale Woo, are accused of drowning their newborn child in the bathroom of a Las Vegas hotel room. The pair have been reported sighted in Southern California as recently as October 2001. Police are seeking assistance in apprehending these individuals, who are suspected of a heinous crime.
