Synopsis

The quarter-finals proceed. Christ's College, Cambridge, and Magdalen College, Oxford, both having suffered defeats in their initial quarter-final encounters, now face each other for a renewed opportunity to advance. Progression to the semi-finals requires victory in two successive quarter-final matches. Jeremy Paxman will be presiding over the questioning.
