Synopsis

Returning from bereavement leave, Detective Sam, now a widower, is immediately confronted with a brutal case: the murder of a young woman. The grim scene brings him into conflict with Billie, a newly assigned officer whose proficiency with technology clashes with Sam's more traditional methods.
