Synopsis

Simon and Cad had devised a machine capable of drawing away the planet’s waters. They journeyed across the globe, systematically pilfering every available drop. During their theft of the Atlantic, Simon inadvertently left Underdog mired in the foul sludge that remained where the ocean once lay.
