Synopsis

With unsettling ingenuity, Sinister and Cad devised another malevolent creation, which they christened the Big Dipper – a machine capable of draining the Earth’s precious water. Its initial tests proved largely ineffective, managing only to flood Simon's laboratory. Following several frustrating setbacks, however, the Big Dipper was finally primed to execute its devastating purpose, and at last, Simon seemed poised to seize control of the world.
